Autumn is officially here! We love this season so much here at RapidLash! We are a New England based company, and we are all about the beautiful fall foliage and pumpkin everything. Have you heard that pumpkin seed extract is one of the ingredients in RapidLash? It’s true, but that’s only one of the bazillion reasons why we love it. Here are our top 5.
The seeds are high in protein, iron, and the B vitamins which help to fortify your lashes!
Pumpkin coffee, not to mention the breads, cakes and pies are always seasonal faves. My mum has this crazy recipe for pumpkin cookies that I assumed was passed down from the generations. I was wrong to assume thusly and I am happy to share the recipe with you. For best results, use freshly cooked pumpkin instead of canned.
Who doesn’t love to pick their own apples, and then stick their baby in a pumpkin patch for a photo shoot? Pumpkins make romantic backdrops too. One was featured prominently on our wedding day. Yay Fall!
Yes, it can take a second to get over the slimy feeling of the pumpkin guts but once you pull out all of the strings and seeds, toast those babies for prime snacking. You can go all Martha Stuart, make it look like the Death Star or just carve in a creepy or funny face. You know you want one on your step or in your window this Halloween!
Pumpkins fit well into a health conscious diet because they are low in calories and sodium but high in fiber and beta-carotene. Beta-carotene is an antioxidant. It converts into Vitamin A which is important to maintain a healthy body.
I hope that you try the cookies and have a fabulous fall!
